I’ve ordered from grove a handful of times now, and I’ve been happy with the value. The prices feel reasonable, and a few things I buy regularly, like cleaning sprays and hand soap refills, have been cheaper than what I usually see at my local store. I also like the bundles because they actually include items I’ll use, not just random extras. Overall, it feels like I’m getting good quality for the money, and I haven’t had any complaints so far.

"Arrived much faster than I thought it would"
My box showed up really quickly, way sooner than I expected. I’ve had orders in the past take forever or arrive with some kind of issue, but this one was smooth from start to finish. No complaints at all.

"Leaky bottle, but customer service made it right"
One of my cleaner bottles arrived leaking in the box, which was definitely a little frustrating because it made a few of the other items sticky. I snapped a couple pictures and messaged Grove Collaborative, not expecting it to be handled that quickly.
They got back to me fast and sent out a replacement without making me jump through hoops. Shipping mishaps happen, so I wouldn’t let this scare you off, just take photos right away and reach out if something arrives damaged. I’d still order again based on how easy they made it.

"I’ve been using Grove Collaborative for a..."
I’ve been using Grove Collaborative for a few months now, the subscription has been straightforward to keep up with. I like that I can skip a shipment or swap out items without having to hunt around too much, which makes it feel reliable and easy to control.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because I did forget to adjust it once and ended up getting an order earlier than I meant to. That was partly on me, though. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience and simple enough that I feel comfortable sticking with it.

"Quick help, but clearer updates would be nice"
I had a small issue with my Grove order and figured I’d be waiting a few days before anyone got back to me. i was already a little annoyed because the communication around what was going on wasn’t very clear.
To their credit, customer service replied way faster than I expected and got it sorted without turning it into a big back-and-forth. The person I spoke with was actually nice too, not just sending some generic copy-paste response.
I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and this definitely made me feel better about ordering again. I just wish the updates were easier to understand from the start, but the quick, simple help was appreciated...

"Worked better than I expected"
I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t have the energy to scrub my stovetop forever, so I wasn’t expecting much. But this spray actually cleaned it up really well with barely any effort. I’m happy with it, tbh.

"Easy to Check When I’m in a Picky Mood"
I like that the ingredients are easy to read through, especially when I’m not in the mood to guess what’s in something. Sometimes I do wish there were a few more details, but overall it’s clear enough and doesn’t make me feel frustrated.

I’d say one of the main reasons I like Grove is that they seem to have a really wide range of stuff. I’ve found cleaning products, soaps, paper items, and even random kitchen things I didn’t realize I needed. It’s kind of nice being able to look for safer options in one place instead of running around to different stores. So far, I’ve been happy with the selection

"Packaging won me over right away"
I’ve ordered from Grove a few times now, my snap judgment was that the packaging is just better than most. It’s not stuffed with a bunch of pointless plastic, mostly paper and easy-to-recycle stuff, but everything still arrives in good shape. It’s a small thing, but I really appreciate it and it makes me feel good about ordering from them again.

"The membership ended up being worth it for me"
I was a little unsure about paying for a Grove membership at first, but it’s actually worked out really well for me. Over time, I’ve saved money with the discounts, and the free gifts have been a nice bonus. I also really like that it’s easy to skip items when I don’t need them, so I don’t feel locked into anything.

A couple of things I wanted weren’t available at first, which was a little disappointing, but it was clearly shown and easy to keep track of. I got a notification quickly once they were back in stock, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m still happy with Grove, and checkout was really simple
